Orange zest: 1/2

Lemon zest: 1/2

Jaggery syrup: 200 ml

Almond flour: 150

Apple: 100 grated

Butter (softened): 175 gm

Gluten-Free Christmas Cake Recipe: Method

As we already know, you need to soak the dry fruits for overnight or at least a few hours so that they get enough moisture. Now, to start with the main recipe, you need to preheat your electric oven to 140 degrees. Then, taking a large bowl, add the ingredients except for the almond flour, and stir with a spatula. You need to beat it using a hand blender or spatula to make a fine paste. Then, add the flour carefully in small batches and beat the paste to create a smooth paste without any trace of lumps.

Now, you need a proper sized baking pan to bake to cake to perfection. As this is going to be your Christmas cake, a round-shaped baking pan can be a better option.
