Rice flour – 2 cups

Instant Dry Yeast – 1 teaspoon

Sugar – 1 ½ teaspoon

Cornflower – ¼ cup

Oil – 1 tablespoon

Salt – 1 teaspoon

Method

In a bowl, pour yeast, sugar and 2 tablespoons of warm water. Mix them together and cover with a lid. You need to keep this mixture aside for at least ten minutes. Now, combine the rice flour, oil, salt and corn flour with the yeast and sugar mixture. You have to add a little water to get the perfect consistency of a thick dough. In a rectangular shaped aluminum tin, put the dough and make sure it sits properly. You can use a 7*3 inch tin aluminum for this preparation. Now, cover it with a damp muslin cloth and keep it aside again in a warm place for 45 minutes. Preheat the oven and bake it at 200 degrees C/400 degree F for 40 minutes. The bread is ready to be served immediately.
